There's a force that follows the work we do and the effort we make towards changing our habits. This force comes after we have made an effort at something or a task and takes over the work for a while. But unless we continue at what we're doing, the force slows down and finally stops. It's like starting up a new business. At first, we exert so much energy into getting it up and running. But at a point, if we make no move, it starts to slow down it's pace of growth.
